Meetings

Council Annual Meeting

OIPC meets during the first quarter of every year, typically in February. The date and location of the meeting are announced at least ten days prior to the meeting. Election of Council Officers and Directors, educational programs, and networking all take place at the annual meeting.

Board Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board are held on dates and at times fixed by the Board. At present, the Board meets bi-monthly (six times per year). At the will of the Board, these meetings are opened to the general Council membership.

Special Board meetings may be called at any time by any Officer of the Board or any four Directors for any purpose(s). Notice of the time, place, and purpose(s) of every special meeting is given to each Director in person, by mail, by fax, or by phone at least 48 hours before the meeting.

Council Work Group Meetings

Work Group meetings may be called at any time by the Chairperson(s) of the work group. For further information about Work Group functions and current activities, consult the Work Groups page.
