OIPC Researcher Database

The OIPC is now launching a new feature and we need your help!
One of the purposes of the OIPC is to "facilitate the exchange of information concerning management, control, inventory, and monitoring of invasive species". Thus, the OIPC is creating the OIPC Researcher Database, a repository of information that will allow researchers to locate one another to enhance collaboration and to allow non-scientists to locate experts on specific invasive topics in Ohio.
Who should enter in their information? Anyone who is doing research on invasive plants in Ohio. You do not necessarily have to be based in Ohio to join.
What type of research is considered important? Any research that pertains to invasive plants that involves rigorous hypothesis-based testing using a controlled experimental design. This could include studies of reproductive biology, ecology, genetics, control, management, development, spread, and other related factors that individually or together involve an invasive plant species.
